Pike Militia Unit Guide

Unit Details

  • Acquisition: Unit Tree
  • Unlocked Via: 2,000 Bronze Bronze Honour
  • Type: Melee Infantry - Polearm
  • Era: Chivalric Era

In some lands, the raiders and bandits are mostly horsemen, so the militia forces are armed with long pikes to fight them. Pike Militia might lack refined weaponry, but their skills and courage allow them to hold their ground just as skillfully as Ironcaps or Prefecture troops.

The Pike Militia are one of the most used Chivalric Era units in the game. Their ability to stun on brace naturally is finely paired with most column formation shield walls to provide great cavalry defense even at the end game. This should be the first Chivalric Era unit anyone recruits and pushes to their max level of 18.
